I cracked the screen on my phone that I had to turn in to Verizon as soon as I got my new phone in the mail (that came the same day I cracked my phone). I went down to Verizon and waited over an hour for one of the employees to tell me that I had to pay the phone off which would be over $400 even tho I had insurance. She later then decided to look at my plan that was right in front of her face to see that I had insurance and it would cost me $200 but I had to send the phone in the mail, wait for them to fix it and then send it back. I told her I only had 14 days to send the phone back and she responded rudely "well then you better send it now". I was worried to have a company that wasn't responsible if they break the phone but all of my boyfriends family recommended this place. I went down there and because it was my first time there he gave me a discount. He fixed my phone in less than 10min and cheaper than what I would have paid with my insurance through Verizon! They did a great job and I would highly recommend this place to anyone else!
