  • This is the WORST salon Experience I have ever been too!! After moving, i was searching for a new salon therefore purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi. The girl who started my pedicure took exactly 5 minutes to snip a few edges, buff and then started to apply polish. I was APPALLED, my nails were uneven, scuffed up and had dirt from the foot bath!! The manager came over and tried to sell me a more expensive pedicure. She would not even glance at my feet!! She said my pedicure was a "basic" and it was only worth 9.99, the groupin said value of $40!!. I had 100's of pedicures but never have my feet looked worse after!. My small Granddaughter would do a better job. The behavior of the manager was the WORSE customer service ever!! I asked for a refund but all she wanted to do was sell me more services. I have no problem spending money but never again will I purchase a groupon OR step foot in that place. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I left with my feet a mess and clear polish on a few toes. ZERO stars!! By the way, there were mostly senior citizens in here. If your loved ones go here they may be getting taken advantage of, that is how strongly I feel that the place is only out to take your money.
