  • I had the Netsu Ramen with pork for lunch today and overall, it was a very satisfying meal. However, 5 minutes in, I found a piece of wire-like material. I informed one of the servers right away and he did not hesitate to take it back, get me a new order, and apologized for the inconvenience. It even came with large pieces of pork (the soup includes ground pork or chicken only) as well as an egg the second time around! The manager also gave me a 15% off discount for my order which was not expected but definitely appreciated (although my mom said they should not have charged me at all). I also had their matcha shake, which was delicious! Affordable, quick and great customer service but you do get what you pay for!
