  • First, I have to say I called to make an appointment at 4:00PM and was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist asked if 6 o'clock would be ok! I was more than excited to get in the same day. Laura was my stylist. We talked about what I wanted and she knew exactly what I wanted and actually did even better than I thought. We had great conversation the entire appointment. The vibe of the salon is pretty trendy but unique as well. I can't say enough about my new hair! I will definitely be coming back to this salon and to Laura. We already discussed some fun color for next time. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment, you won't regret coming to RO5. I'm so happy to have found my new salon and stylist after moving to Phoenix.
