  • One of my favorite brands. :( it's so sad to see how their service is. I buy zara every year and only couple times in a year. However I just bought a lot and many times recently. I bought it in store and online. I did at least 5 purchase in store and 2 online in a month. I went to zara at eaton centre to return some of items I purchased online because they were too big for me or I didn't like them when I tried them on. I made 1-2 item return on 4 receipts. The total was 5 items. lol i knew it was a lot of work to do but I also bought many too. It's hard to find good service here at Zara. It seems like no one cares about you at Zara stores!? I don't know. They might be very tired so they didn't like to smile or listen to you as they were supposed to. Where should I go now? Other locations? Other brands?
