  • I went to order tickets to see the Halloween at Hogwarts concert online but would not allow me to buy three tickets next to each other when there was also a fourth seat available, saying i was not permitted to leave one seat available. I then called the box office to order my tickets that way instead. After a very brief hold, the operator helped me through setting up a profile and ordering my three tickets through her, bypassing the online block. She was extremely helpful, quick and professional. I'm very excited to attend the show!
