  • Came here to look for a new vehicle one morning. I was walking the lot, a little before 9 am and no one came out to say hi they all walked right by me. I stopped into this dealership before to test drive different models get information and then went home did my homework and decided which was the best for me. Upon returning 2 weeks later when someone finally came out half hour later, I asked for the salesman I dealt with prior, the man said he would be in, in about 5-10 minutes he did however offer me a coffee. I figured I would wait and go pick out the vehicle I wanted. After another half hour another man came out asked if he could help, I told him I was waiting for...... He then informed me that he was no longer with the dealership. Well I think that is just poor customer service and I immediately left went over to Earnhardt in Avondale drove home in my new loaded Santa Fe 2 hrs later. Thanks Larry Miller you mad me a happy devoted Earnhardt Customer.
