  • First, they forgot our tasting appointment, so when we arrived, no one was there and the door was locked. So we had to bump the appointment back by more than an hour. To make up for this, they did give us free delivery though. Next, my wedding cake was super simple and the only decorative thing I asked for was icing beading at the bottom of each of the two cake layers, which they did not remember to do. However, the cake was delicious and the owner and employees are super friendly. So all in all, I don't think they are very organized, but they do make good cake.
