  • The ONLY good thing I have to say about this pharmacy is the pharmacist with purple hair was helpful. All of the other staff is absolutely terrible. I waited in the drive thru for 31 minutes before I got to the front. Let the record show I was only 3rd in line! Then after waiting for 31 minutes for my turn, nobody even acknowledged me sitting there at the window for another 7 minutes. 3 technicians were inside!! I rang the bell for the second time and someone picked up the phone said be with you in a moment then hung up before I could say anything. Finally someone came to the window, asked how to help me walked away and cane back with my prescription and set it on the counter. I waited another 3 minutes before she put the prescription in the delivery door and gave it to me. No other words were ever said to me. Just that very 1st "how can I help you?"..... Obviously everyone at this location is miserable and all of the locations are just horrible in their efficiency. I will be switching my pharmacy and will never return to another Walgreens.
