  • Dr. Schmitt and her staff are the bees knees. Robin at the front desk is amazing. She is friendly, helpful and the best at her job. Mercedes is just as helpful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Schmitt herself is good at what she does. Appointment scheduling is very easy. I have never had to wait for my appointment time. More often I get in early, if I show up early. I have also had to make a last minute change and they were more than helpful and understanding as well. On my first visit, I had to get a root canal and she referred me outside of her office. However, the doctor she referred me to specialized in root canals and did the job very fast. Much faster than she would have she says since she doesn't do them as often. And even though she referred me outside of her office, it wasn't some expensive office either. It was very affordable and much more affordable than other offices in the area. Since my first visit I have introduced the rest of my family to her. My son was introduced to the dentist recently and she made his visits always very comfortable. He is not scared of the dentist and actually works harder at taking care of his teeth because of her. My child needed to get a couple of fillings and she has this great machine that numbs the mouth and the gums without having to use a needle. Amazing!!! If you are looking for a new dentist in the Northlake Area I highly recommend Dr. Schmitt and her staff.
