Called 2 days prior for a 6:00 AM pickup to get to the downtown train station. 6:05 no cab and no phone call. We called the company and learned they could find no record of the pickup name, address or phone number. We were told we should have been given a reservation #, but that had not happened. They offered to dispatch a cab but would not stay on the line to verify an ETA, so we declined. I woke up a relative to rescue us at 6:15, to catch our 7:30 train. Luckily we scheduled the original pickup to allow for extra time. At 8:15, while on the train, we got a call from a driver who was at the house to pick us up, presumably for a scheduled 8:00 pickup.
