| - My husband & I are currently enjoying the cold leftover succotash side dish from our last-minute booking event last night. Notes about the succotash: better cold than hot, smokey , complex flavors with bacon (?), creamy sauce with a hint of a spicy bite--delicious! (All of the vegetables are cut so small!).
We decided on the Monday of our Saturday event to hire pros versus cooking everything ourselves. We found out (the night of the event) that we are in the midst of both the wedding season and graduations. Yet, Nik was responsive and pleasant AND very easy to work with. Their menu is easy to navigate, and their invoice helped us to make decisions (barware? Heck yes, please bring wine glasses!). They were also able to provide a gluten-free entree for one of our guests. Our server, Dina, did an amazing job helping Nik set up (wish I'd taken photos), and serving everyone. Her clean-up at the end was magical--we have leftovers in our own containers and when we ran out she brought in some aluminum containers with lids. Our guests were impressed with the food and display and we were allowed time to spend with our guests.
Top notch service and the food was amazing! You cannot go wrong! Oh, and did I mention that, due to the short notice they did it all without a deposit.
Loved them so much we are already thinking about our next event. Thank you, Nik & Dina.
