  • It never is easy to see your Cat, a member of your family, grow old. Last weekend our girl Grace was at a point where she just couldn't go on. As Grace had been with us for 17 years the decision was tough to take her in, knowing what we feared would be confirmed. We took her to VECC. We had never been there before and didn't know what to expect. The receptionist was quick to get us back to a room and the vet tech came in quickly to check on Grace. They took Grace to triage to examine her. Dr. Erika Fauth came in and confirmed our girl was very very sick. We discussed options and in the best care for Grace we decided to let her pass peacefully with their care. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye and we're holding her together when she passed. We could not have had an experience any more caring and respectful than given to us at EVCC.
