rev:text	A similar review was posted but I want to make sure to add to this facilities already poor rating so no body accidentally considers living here. A good friend of mine was going to move into Boulevard 1900 last year but then decided not to (keep in mind she, herself was pressured and forced into signing by the complex but a guarantor never signed; therefore she was never approved). There are even emails saying she cannot move in because a guarantor never signed. NOW, this (criminal) apartment complex and the company The Scion Group LLC is trying to charge her a whole year's worth of rent (and it hasn't even been a year since she was supposed to move in). They never even contacted her until 6 months after they said she wasn't approved. In fact, a collections agency contacted her about it. She never lived in this apartment, was never approved, and never even given keys to move in. They are trying to put this on her credit and charge her money she doesn't owe. How sick...trying to put college students in debt who are already trying to get through educating themselves. She is a straight A student, studying to be a teacher and they are attempting to ruin her future by affecting her credit. This is criminal and should not go unnoticed. Please share so that no other students have to go through this... Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened at this horrible complex. So please don't put yourself in this situation. Put an end to Boulevard 1900s & The Scion Group's vicious attack on my friend and other college students who have gone through the same. She has been lied to, threatened, and harassed.
