This mall has seen some better days. When I visited it, I was only strolling by since I had arrived early for a Yelp Elite Event close-by which wasn't ready yet.
Most of the stores were closed/empty and there were a lot of places that seemed to be closed due to renovations. It was like visiting an abandoned building in some parts.
There used to be a discount bookstore in this mall that I used to go to but it is no longer available and there was also a video store that I used to frequent but video stores are a thing of the past. Even the food court which used to be somewhat busy is very sad looking with only a few restaurants remaining.
There is a Dollarama and a Starbucks which are the 2 big tenants of this mall. I'm not sure if you can go into either place from inside the mall nor do I believe you can get into the mall by visiting those places.
There was an ATM in the mall (TD ATM machine) but it was in a somewhat secluded area and without a lot of foot traffic and security around, I would feel a bit nervous about withdrawing money there.
Hopefully with all the renovation/construction going on inside the mall, this place will get better.
