  • We had planned on going to the Tempe Marketplace Harkins but stumbled across this theater on our way over and decided to give it a shot. I'm glad we did! I really enjoyed this AMC and would visit again. As stated in other reviews, the full-recline leather chairs were amazing. Because of their size, the theaters were smaller and felt more intimate... Like you were going to a movie with just your friends. I was very comfortable and didn't notice any temperature issues. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. Staff was helpful for getting tickets. I've been to many if the other "upscale" theaters in Phoenix and I enjoyed this one too. The full-service Biltmore theater may be nicer, but all of the lights, eating, and servers there can distract from the movie. Same with Studio Movie Grill. Here, it was just comfortable and quiet. Nothing but a movie to enjoy in plush seats.
