I try not to be too critical, especially because I tend to really like this place. My last TWO orders were wrong. I called last time to inquire about my order and was told it was simply input incorrectly. No resolution was given. Tonight I called and spoke with a manager who sounded about half my age and I expressed that not only was my order wrong this time but it was last time as well. The male manager told me that they have hired new people and for my trouble he could give me $5 my next order. I hoped to hear an apology but got a "quick, get off the phone, I'll give you $5 off your next order for your troubles" response. I will be looking for our new pizza place as I deserve better treatment than this.
