  • Tyber Creek is pretty close to my boyfriend's house, so we were hoping it could be our neighborhood bar (or something like that). But the crowds there are way too fratty for us and, as others have mentioned, the place is insanely loud. Plus, I hate when it's a battle just to get to the bar to order a drink. Going out drinking should not be that hard. The bright sides: $2 drafts on Thursdays. And It's right off the light rail, so if you're coming from uptown or farther south you can take public transit there. If you live in South End or Dilworth, Tyber Creek is probably within walking distance for you, which is another perk.
