This store is in a great location, but pays the price with size. This is a good shop to buy a box of your old favorite or come to see what's new and trendy.
The lounge is upscale and like almost all shops the crowd is friendly if you follow basic etiquette. If you are new here are some do's and don'ts:
Do: Buy a cigar if you are going to sit and smoke. This is the cardinal rule.
Do: Ask someone who works there to help you pick your first few cigars.
Do: Introduce yourself when you sit down. This is not required, but is welcome.
Don't: Smoke a flavored cigar. I like them, but they are frowned on by regulars.
Don't: Crush out your cigar. It will go out in the tray/holder.
Don't: Smoke a cigar you did not buy there.
Not sure about the service, it was super busy the night I was there. Selection is A-OK, the lounge and location are great.
