Sorry guys.
Family has grown up going to this place over the years and something was off.
Tasted more like Ice Milk (if from Midwest know what I am talking about) and you passed that off as custard......Ms Kopp (if you dont know who she is you don't know custard) would be turning in his grave.
Add/add more egg base next time... you forgot/or cutting price overhead..... admit it.....hense the crystallized taste.
And what happend to the styrofoam cups..the clear plastic cups cut the volume of product substantially. If the quality were better I would take it over the quantity but have fallen way short. Don't blame it on saving the environment..that's business speak for I am saving a nickel here.
Staff as always was great no complaints there but you're gonna lose your long time customer base if you keep neglecting why we come there.
