  • Just left the Baskin Robbins located at Bovaird Drive West & Brisdale Drive. I know ice cream is cold, but talk about your cold shoulder! There was an east Indian lady who kindly asked what I wanted. I wasn't sure, so I advised her I needed a few minutes. A few minutes later, I had made up my mind and her co-worker approached me, but she decided I was beneath words from the English language. Instead, her African Canadian co-worker decided to simply raise her eyebrows at me (to indicate it was my turn to speak/provide feedback). Whatever happened to "How may I help you?" or "Thank you for choosing Baskin Robbins, how may I assist you?" And smiles....whatever happened to a friendly smile? Guess these things don't apply at Baskin Robbins...must be their brain freeze.
