I go to this Ulta only because it is close to my home, and they carry a few items that I use regularly and can't get at CVS or Walgreen's. I honestly don't know how they do this, but I have never once been in there when there wasn't a ridiculously long line. It is impossible to run in there quickly to pick something up.
Went today and ended up waiting 15 minutes to get rung up while the (manager? assistant manager?) behind the checkout counter LAUGHED about how their registers weren't working. Come on, if you have twelve people in line and your registers are down, that's not a joke, it's a customer service problem.
