  • Been here 18 years. I had a fairly decent stay, rent was reasonable, office service acceptable until recently. Rent had increased approximately 15% last two years. $20 of increase is for "water". That was $20 each of last two years. Sure I'm not using that much water. Just me in a one bedroom. Pretty sure that's illegal. I'll find out. Latest and greatest, $2.50 extra for paying by check. Paying by check for 18 freaking years and now you're charging me extra? Ridiculous. Water is off one day a week because a water line breaks somewhere. Must not be a way to isolate that? Asked if management could call me. Girl at desk said she would leave a message to call me. Three days ago... I've called twice. Get same girl who was leaving message. Always says manager isn't in.... Hard to believe someone left her in charge..... I'll be out when lease expires.
