I truly like the food here but the service continues to be horrible. Tonight we had the booth right next to the front entrance so we were not hidden by any stretch of the imagination. After 18 mins the waitress came by and said she also had a table outside, which could be good because she would be walking past us often - not. After waiting that long to be asked if we would like something to drink we knew we should order for the entire meal right then so we did. The busser brought our drinks shortly,a diet coke and an ice tea that was luke warm. 21 minutes later as we were getting ready to leave because many employees wandered past but never asked how we were or offered to fill our empty glasses - our dragon eggs were brought to the table, by another waitress - not ours of course, haven't seen her at our table since we ordered. They were delicious, always are. 20 mins later I see (the kitchen is open) what looks like what we ordered put on the shelf to be picked up by the server. After about 5 mins I commented to my wife that I hope that is not our meals because they are getting cold. 9 mins after that another waitress picked up those plates and (indeed they were ours) brought them to us. She did offer us refills for our drinks & actually made sure my iced tea had ice.The food was good - but not hot - it would have been delicious if it was. Sadly as we sat there in our vantage point by the door we watched 3 groups-a total of 10 customer walk out because no one came to their table. We have been long time customers but this may have been the last time - we even made it a point to frequent this restaurant during the light rail construction because we new business would drop with the difficulty of getting into the place. We finally saw our waitress when the meal was over - she was sooo polite and friendly when she gave us the bill. We thought maybe she quit because we hadn't seen her since she took our order. Maybe this should just become a take-out place - like I say good food but the service stinks.
