  • I've been a MINI lover for a very long time, owned the little cars since they landed here in 2002 & drove them when I lived in the UK. But when I found myself looking to purchase a third generation, the experience where I live was awful. The salespeople were nice but pushy, couldn't really trust and the selection was not great. I was about to go looking for a CPO 3 series BMW, when I stumbled upon a MINI all the way in Scottsdale. I had no intention of driving so far, but I couldn't get the car out of my mind, so thought would give it one last try. I sent Drew, the sales associate that contacted me, my details, what I wanted to pay, my financial requirements and four days later I drove off the lot in a car I adore. It was simple, fair, honest & easy. It was completely not what the normal car sales person experience expected, what I had experienced the month prior. The deal was done over email, I was very comfortable with the terms & happy with it, my questions were answered before I got there and while I was there, the car was exsactly as described and I was in and out after a test drive & some paper signing in 90mins, perfect. Everyone was so nice, even my Mom who came with me liked everyone and she does not enjoy or trust car dealerships (no offense.) So if she felt so good about the whole process that says more than anything, she even said that didn't even feel like a car dealership it was actually fun, she was skeptical going down there as it seemed to good to be true and to easy. The woman who never had a MINI love, but quite likes my car (how could you not) and after the experience I had, is now is looking at a Countryman, which when she does make this switch she will surely call Drew. In Vegas people always make comments, the license plate holder says North Scottsdale, so I just tell them "call Drew in Scottsdale." Basically I have never been happier and have nothing but good things to say. The drive to Scottsdale was absolutely worth the four hours. As a woman (and a blond) car dealerships can be intimidating if you can trust them, but thank you again to Drew & your team North Scottsdale, for being awesome & professional! Note: I may also bring down for regular oil changes & maintenance, good excuse for a MINI road trip weekend. I didn't know what my "heartbeat light" was, when I first saw it, my local MINI said I "locked it in RPM mode?!" And there might be something wrong with the transmission bring it in right away! Note: I just got it, so doesn't have a lot of miles. Called Scottsdale they said it's your heartbeat light, it's totally normal, not sure what they are talking about?! Thank you again Scottsdale even your service department is honest and I didn't even tell them I didn't live in Scottsdale till after they gave me the diognosis! :)
