  • Excellent value for a hotel in this price range ($50 and below per night). Modern, clean room, thoughtfully appointed; comfortable bed. Spa-looking lobby. Pleasant staff, though a bit reserved. Minus one star for shitty free wifi and wired Internet access. Next to large park where locals walk / run / gallivant. Near strip malls with grocery stores. Short drive to the college bar scene at ASU Tempe.
