  • I seldom write bad reviews but yesterday I was irked by the sale staff in the passport photo lab. Without going into much detail lets just say that the staff was not very customer service oriented nor was she very communicative. Unless she was having a bad day or her hands are tied by management, she should learn to be a little more courteous to someone that has two children to contend with. Not everything is by the books and even if that is the case be polite and let the customer know before hand. This is merely a review for that department and does not include the store as a whole.
