The service here is by far one of the worst. My mother who is technology illiterate got locked out of her phone. She went in and they laugh at her... as if it thats not bad they said call the 1800 customer support number. Pushing it off to a call center. We call and they said that all of her problems could have been done in store there was no need to call a call center.
No employee should ever laugh at a customer... and the customer should never be belittled.
I'll be contacting Apple Corporate, and the better business bureau. Something needs to change at this store. -end statement-
