Absolutely horrible experience at Drybar in The Cosmopolitan! I am a frequent Drybar customer and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had! The girl doing my hair was using the blow dryer so close to my head that my scalp was burning and I was in pain. I constantly told her that it was too close and too hot for me and she replied by saying "that's how I get the inside of the hair dry" the blow dry was on high and literally touching my scalp! The lady was yanking at my hair and my curls were going in all directions when I just asked for a simple mai tai blow dry. To make matters worse she applied so much product to my hair that I left Drybar with an oily and stiff set of hair! My hair feels so heavy, oily and sticky that I just wanted to go home and shower it off! I also took my mother who asked for a southern comfort blowout and received the most flat and lifeless blow dry. There was absolutely no volume in her hair! This DryBar location really needs to hire people who are professional and have the skills to blow dry hair! I am extremely disappointed in DryBar Cosmopolitan as our hair looked like an absolute mess after our appointment! Additionally the music inside DryBar is so loud I couldn't even talk to my mom who was sitting right beside me! As a Drybar fan and regular customer I would not recommend going to this location!
