  • We originally tried Chapman BMW in 2013 after being quite unhappy with the BMW location in North Scottsdale. Kim Reid worked with us for our purchase and was very helpful and worked with us to find something with the fetters we wanted at a price we could afford. If there was a problem that ever arose with the car, we would bring it in for repairs and our service was usually handled by Bobby Stewart. He's awesome! Always helpful, pleasant, informative, honest, and never pressured us to do unnecessary repairs. Our experience in 2013 was so good we leased another BMW from them this year (2015). Highly recommend this location- way better service and honesty than the Scottsdale location where they will be rude and try to rip you off every chance they get. Go to Chapman BMW instead!
