  • Turned into LA fitness, new staff is not as friendly. :/ all of these new rules... There was a reason I didn't join LA. Perhaps I'll get used to it but so far, thinking of canceling. Update: they got rid of the rude woman at the front so this customer is happy. Q the new director of personal training (not sure of his official title) is wonderful. He will give you a solid workout, is always nice, and seems like he really cares about the establishment. I have been to other LA fitness' since the take over and they sure are fancy! This one isn't as nice as those but it has a lot going for it. I love that they have a seniors population that frequent it. It is never very busy so you can get on the equipment you want. It doesn't feel like a meat market, the usuals are always respectful. I use the fancy LA fitness for spin class, but drive here to use the weights. I have grown to like it.
