  • I arrived around 11 am on a Saturday to return a modem/router. My first impression of the store was that it was very clean and bright. As soon as I entered the store, a technician greeted me, and she was available to help me return my modem right away. I was in and out the store in literally a minute. I appreciated their quick, efficient service. My only comment is that I tried calling the store to confirm their Saturday hours. However, it's hard to get through and speak to someone in the store. I could not get the prompts to get me through. I gave up and hoped for the best.
