  • I have to say that I had a similar experience as the other reviewers. My appointment was made for a gel mani & pedi and they called me 20 minutes before my appointment that the nail tech was running late. So, I showed up, as instructed, 30 minutes after my original appointment time. I still had to wait about 50 minutes to be seen! I have had other gel manicures and this one was not great. I just got the feeling that the nail tech wasn't all that experienced in the process. I will not be going back again. Not a good taste left in my mouth and there are too many other great nail places out there where they respect your time and do a better quality job.
