rev:text	100 stars for the nurses. We went to the hospital Friday at 3 am. My wife had strong contractions. They put us at the triage room. The triage room needs some help, it is run down, but Lisa there took a good care of us. The doctor decided to admit my wife and induce labor since my wife was at 41 weeks. It took them some time to find us a room, but they did and then we met Myrna. I don't have words to describe how grateful we are to this lady. She has tremendous knowledge and experience. My wife was terrified since it was our first baby and Myrna gave her confidence. Then the shift changed and overnight we had Kandice taking care of her. Kandice was very sweet and caring she loves her job and she really cares for her patients. Then the morning came and Myrna was back. She told us that before her shift ends she will deliver our baby. And she did! Despite my wife was only 2 cm dialated at time and the baby was sunny side up she managed to turn the baby having my wife laying in bed in specific positions and she delivered our baby at 6.09 pm one hour before her shift was over. Also I should mention Dr Rubio the anesthesiologist that made my wife comfortable in the whole process. My wife has scoliosis but he managed to make the epidural happen. Then at postpartum Allison took care of us. She was also very knowledgeable and super caring to my wife and the baby. When they were about to take blood from the baby she did a little trick so the baby will hurt less. Let me tell you the baby didn't even wake up. I hope somebody in charge is reading this. The hospital rooms need a little maintenance but the nurses are superstars especially Myrna. If you are going to have your baby at the Birthplace at the Summerlin hospital, be assured that they will take a good care of you and your baby. They went the extra mile, something very uncommon in the U.S. Healthcare system.
