What a horribly frustrating shopping experience. This turned out to be very poor quality furniture and poor quality customer service. After having to return to store to exchange a piece of furniture because of hidden damage, we took the new exchanged piece home. The new piece was damaged also! Having to return for a second time, a refund was requested, but the store manager, who by the way would identify himself only as Alan with no last name, refused to do a immediate refund. He said a check would be mailed in 7-10 days. Never mind that cash was paid for the item earlier that same day. This is a place better avoided if you want to avoid an experience that shouldn't be so frustrating. AFW seems to think that a pre-written form letter will assuage people who are truly "frustrated" or "inconvenienced" by AFW's shenanigans. It just isn't so. I've noticed that a person named Ruya sends the same letter to everyone who gives a bad rating. Advice to Ruya - truly care about what you're doing. Don't just check off the boxes. We see right through it. I am absolutely positive that the many people who have had bad experiences at AFW are not singing AFW praises. We are saying "Shop somewhere else" to avoid blood pressure spikes.
