  • So today I had an appointment for my son at 1:15 so he could get his shots. They told me "we can't take your son because he's only been seen for sick visits and he needs to be seen for a well visit, but there is no opening for a well visit today so the doctor can't see him" Wow! So what happened to the time they scheduled him for this 1:15 appointment? It just magically disappeared? Thanks for the courtesy call that we never got and thanks for wasting our time. Disappointed on this visit! The doctor is super great, we've never had issues with him, but it's going to be hard to go back.
