  • There's a reason why it is called LensCRAFTERS. I wear a pair of Ralph Lauren eyeglasses and one of the legs needed adjusting, but 4 different opticals seemed very afraid of touching them. They kept saying they would prefer not to handle the frame, other said there's nothing they can do and one of them even took it, the attendant turned around as if he was doing something to them, and 7 seconds later gave them back to me... I was so thankful and put them on just to discover 20 min later that he didn't fix anything. Without any explanation he gave them back to me and made me think they were fixed... I have never seen anything like it. But I had a feeling Lenscarfters would be different. They are one of the most respected opticals in town. And I was right. Ann Marie was not afraid to help. She kindly offered me to sit down and then in front of me she went to task. There was a piece of technology that all other opticals were lacking... Heat!!! This little machine kept on molding the glasses in until finally the frame was fit in correctly. It took barely 5 min and it was a job well done. So kudos to Lenscrafters. They just proved that if any one can fit you into the right frame... Its them!
