I really enjoyed it here. I'm glad it was on my Pogo pass (a pass I bought on Groupon for different activities in Las Vegas) it saved me a lot of money.
PROS
*You have to watch & feed the painting giraffe. Ozzy is so friendly & pretty entertaining. It cost $10 to feed him and his keeper really makes sure you get a good photo doing it. You can even ask for a wet kiss. It was a little pricy but at least the money goes towards a good cause. HUGE TIP, make sure you have cash because if you don't then it's $20. Save yourself $10.
*If your going during the summer time (in which we did in July) be sure to enjoy $1 snow cones. Really refreshing and well needed during the hot Las Vegas weathers.
*They have a good variety of birds to look at. One bird even said "Hello" back to us. That was pretty amazing :)
CONS
*The lions look so boring lol not very active. (We went around 11am and they open at 10am) They have about 15-20 Lions (that I saw) well most of them were hiding/sleeping in their little cubbies (big dog houses lol)
*Don't expect it to be big. Not some place to spend the whole day at. Max 2 hours, even less if it's super hot outside.
*The location could be a little tricky to find but you'll find it. It's located randomly out of no where.
*The gift shop is, well not so exciting but it's a gift shop. Most of it is ozzy's painting for an arm & a leg lol
Over all it was entertaining and a great place to bring your kids. This is a one time thing. Don't thing I'll go back again since I've already seen it.
Heads up, I read on yelp to ask to see the cubs and we'll.... the cubs are already all grown so don't ask lol
Hope you enjoyed my review.
