  • I bought a grupon for $62 and honestly I wasn't satisfy at all. The guy came at 8:30 am that was good, and he started offering other services, in which is ok, but it took like 20 minutes, and apparently because I didn't buy anything else, regarding to the chemical and deep cleaning carpet service, the basic service that I bougth it was like doing a quick vacuum to my carpet, something that I can do by myself in 15 minutes. It was like "let me do this rush".... Your employee didn't do his best effort to make a customer satisfy and been happy with your company. Definitely I don't recommend it, period!!!!
