  • The review is based solely on customer service. You have a cashier that goes by the name E ? I've never had my car washed at this location before and because of her rudeness I never will again. I expected to hear welcome to fabulous s Freddy's .. that didn't happen, I expected some common curtesy that didn't happen either.. she's very rude and not customer driven.. and upon completion I would like to have heard thank you and once again that didn't happen... maybe retraining or position movement might be a good thing for her.
