  • Don't get a pedicure with the guy! Had to do the filing and pumice stone myself and get his girlfriend to finish doing the nail polish and redo the cuticles he did not do right to begin with. The manager Carey..who the associates that did the pedicure told us was the manager told us she is not the manager and she didn't care if we were happy with the service and had to pay because the manager is not there. I was not worried about paying it was all about the principle and ethic. All I was looking for was any acknowledgement and little empathy but her refusal to even acknowledge that there was an issue blew my mind! I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews and stuck with my initial gut feeling this place might not be what I was looking for and I was right! The place is not very clean, as the other reviews noted, not sure if they sanitized the scrubber as he pulled it out of the roller cart he was working out of and wiped it with a towel before starting. Ugh...lesson learned, I will read reviews before making a service purchase decision moving forward. Hopefully this will help those of you that have gotten this far reading my review.
