  • When I visit a restaurant for the first time, I always order Eggs Benedict for breakfast. If I don't like your Eggs Benedict, I'm probably not going to like much of anything else you make. I've been to lots of restaurants and eaten lots of Eggs Benedict and Le Vieux Vélo is the best I've eaten. No gimmicks, just the classic recipe. Indeed, the menu item is named "Le Classique". Order it, savor it, you won't regret it.
