  • I use this Staples for printing of my work presentations. Since I travel for work it's convenient. The store itself is clean and mostly has what I need. However, the printing desk, depending on who is there is terrible! Today I went in and the guy who was there was just plain rude and initially ignored me. I had a printer code and he didn't want the code to print the items out. Instead he informed me that he had five jobs waiting to be done. I refused the self printers since their printers are slow and the pictures don't seem to print out well. As usual, he couldn't get my download to come up. Neither he or the older lady can ever get my printing jobs to come up. He left me standing there to go to the next customer and I tried to resend it. He completely ignored me again and instead of asking me if I had another code he went on to work on one of the five jobs that was waiting. When I said something to him he was rude and again could not find my printer job. The only person who seems to be able to print out my jobs is the younger woman who works there. Maybe she needs to train them. She's nice, polite, friendly and can always get my printing job without any problems what so ever.
