  • If I could give MINUS 5 stars I would!!! After nearly an hour waiting in line, watching the people behind the desk sauntering back and forth, going on break, and just being non-attentive, I finally got to the front of the line. Geez! What a jerk the guy was!!! Rude, condescending, SLOW, and smart alecky!! We get to the exit gate and the arse upstairs had the wrong name on the contract... so I got turned back to the booth to correct it. The car BARELY runs, stinks like hooker's cheap perfume, and I will NEVER, EVER rent from Dollar again! I would pay double to avoid these jerks!! If you want to call the GM to complain: Chris O at 702-351-6874 I know I am going to call!!
