  • Worst experience ever! I was told I am getting a SUV for my family and book it over the phone because their app was down. After 35 min conversation I was assured that It will coast me $568 so I pay for at the time of the reservation it turn out that I have to pay a additional $200 when I got there and the vehicle that I booked had nothing to do with the one that they gave me ??? Oh come on . I will never use SIXT in Las Vegas AGAIN !!! Never!
