  • I've been to this salon a few times, and the last time I left in tears. I absolutely hated my cut. I basically wanted a trim, clean up but what I got instead was nothing like that. Each time I made an appointment I was paired with a new stylist, since my previous one must not have been working their any longer? I also took my daughter to this salon for her first "salon" experience. She is 6 years old and had very long hair. She wanted to have a drastic change to her look and wanted it cut short. They have a wall for before/after photos but never took before photos of my daughters hair. Thankfully I took before photos at home. My daughter wanted a short bob cut. She ended up with a cut had no shape. After she got her hair chopped off, they again didn't take photos either. I decided to have her model in front of the photo wall and took my own pictures. The stylist must have been new, she didn't know how to turn the light on in that area and asked me to email/send her the photos I took off my phone.... For the service we received I should have saved the money and took her to cost cutters in town.
