  • Enterprise was extremely helpful and accomdating. Originally, I reserved the vehicle for 3 days, i went to renew/extend my rental and add a driver. We were met at the door and the sales associate waived the additional driver fee, plus stated that we didn't have to come back unless it was after 30 days. However, it was not mentioned that there is an additional $20 per day pass the time of the reservation. My bill was nearly $1,000. The sales associates had quick responses and worked extremely hard to rectify the issue. I was extremely pleased with thier assistance. They reduced my bill and always maintained a great attitude. All the reasons why I only use Enterprise
