I brought my 8 year old in to get some fillings and I was genuinely surprised at how nice and kind everyone was. A family was waiting when we arrived and the person behind the counter apologized for the wait and gave them a Starbucks gift card to make up for it. Who does that? It's normally just accepted at medical practices that you have to wait. Not only did they apologize, but in overhearing their conversation I realized the family didn't even have an appointment, they just stopped in and the office was working them in. Great first impression.
It got better from there. Dr Lewis did a great job with my son. After he numbed him, my son asked if he was going to get a shot. The doctor did so good that he didn't even realize he had the shot!
In summary, great experience, I'll definitely be back!
