I only needed to remove my gel nails and then a manicure, seemed pretty simple. This was my first time having gel nails so I was not completely certain what the method was to have them removed. The woman first started cutting some of the nail off then grinding them down, going back and forth between a little tool and a nail file. When I repeated that I wanted all of the gel gone (not sure if this was a language barrier) she said "no, too thick", then she wouldn't shape my nails then saying "no, too thin". I fought her on it a little just so they weren't jagged but most of the gel was still there and I had to tell her to fix 2 nails where the polish had bubbled. To top it off, my friend told me the next day that before the lady had repainted my nails, she picked her nose, wasn't using a tissue and didn't wash her hands.
Later, I went back to the place where I had originally gotten my my gel nails to see if they could salvage what had already been done. They told me the lady who had done my nails was lazy because taking off gel nails takes sometime and she probably just didn't want to go through the process of doing it aka: her job.
This place was my last resort as it's close to where I live and have only gone here when I'm in a rush. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.
