  • Pretty much on par with what I've come to expect from an Apple Store. They are always busy and filled with expensive toys. A friend had an appointment at the Genius Bar, and had a decent experience. I tried my best not to armchair troubleshoot, but even when I did the Genius was friendly and was not adversarial with me. I don't know how this compares to the Apple Store in the Forum shops, but you are in good hands with Apple either way.
